Our house with 9 apartments lies in the centre of Zell am See. All the apartments are cosily furnished with
kitchen, shower/wc, cable-TV with DVD/CD
player, Internet (option). Laundry.
Type 1 and 2 have 2 rooms, type 3 has 3 rooms. In the Summertime we have a wonderful flowered terrace. On the ground floor there is a restaurant. Parking next to the house is available. Beautiful flowered terrace.

Only 3 minutes to the Zeller Cable-car, to the pedestrian precinct, to the indoor swimming-pool and the ice-rink. The railwaystation is approx. 500 metres away.

| Take a sail on the Zeller lake, a bicycle tour with the whole family, summer ski-ing on the nearly glacier - Kitzsteinhorn, or visit the ice-skating hall. |
Zell am see, belonging to the Europa Sport Region with 55 lifts and 130 km of piste for all grades and heights of up to 3.029 metres, promises super winter fun. |

| Float up the Schmittenhöhe with the cable-car and walk over wonderful mountain pastures, with a glance over to the Grossglockner - Austria's highest mountain. |
Toboggan runs and 200 km of cross-country ski-ing as well as ice-skating either on the lake or in the ice-hall give lots of variety. |

| Relax in a café in the pedistrian precinct or take a stroll alongside the lake. Riding, mini-golf, paragliding, watersports and a number other activities are waiting for you. |
For night-life here is something to suit all tastes, lots of discos, bars and restaurants. |
